Why life sometimes sucks and what we GET to do about it.
I had a rough day last week. It was the kind of day where it feels like everything takes 10x the amount of effort and time as you predicted and things just don’t seem to flow.
I was falling behind on some of my major priority projects and was very discouraged by the delayed timelines.
I was needlessly obsessing about all the things that weren’t exactly “perfect” and this had me feeling worse and worse by the minute.

I headed to the gym and committed myself to reversing this negative emotional momentum before I got back home. I had an epiphany moment in the car and shared it LIVE, as I drove very very safely.
